What is Occupational Hygiene?
The simpliest definition is :
"Worker health protection"
A more detailed definition of the aims of occupational occupational and how this is achieved is:
"Occupational hygiene uses science and engineering to predict, identify, assess and control hazardous substances and other workplace hazards to prevent these hazards from causing ill-health in workers."
