Viridis Consultant becomes Chartered Fellow of IOSH

Helen Pearson's achievements recognised by IOSH Magazine

The chair of IOSH’s Edinburgh branch has become a chartered fellow of the institution.  Helen Pearson said she was “very proud” to have gained the status, adding it was “a reflection of my ongoing commitment to the promotion of health and safety in the workplace and in the
wider community”.

She said: “I also see it as an acknowledgement of my support of IOSH’s branch network as a long-standing member of the Edinburgh branch executive committee and of IOSH Scotland. As a fairly young chartered fellow I hope I can continue to set a good example to other young health and safety professionals wishing to develop their career in health, safety and occupational hygiene.”  Kirsty Jordaan, membership development adviser at IOSH, described Helen as “an outstanding candidate” who “will make an exceptional chartered fellow”.
